A Postdoctoral Research Associate position in cellular circadian rhythms research is available in our laboratory!!!
A nice little paper that has been in the making for a while, starting with Freddie's Honours project in our lab in 2016, is now out in Genes! Check it out here. It is part of a special issue on plant circadian rhythms, so some other interestig stories too.
The new PhD projects from our lab and many other in the school are now online here! Do have a look if you are interested, or please direct potentially interested students our way! My projects are phrased intentionally vaguely, to provide the flexibility to tailor a project to your particular interests, so don't hesitate to send me an email to get things started...
As of the first of August, we welcome Holly Kay (no, no relation of Steve) to our lab. I hope she will stay as enthusiastic as she is now!
The workshop we organised here in Edinburgh last week was, I think, a great success. Here's a picture of the UK Plant Clock research community as it is in 2018 (at least those that could make it top the meeting).
I am co-organising a UK Plant Clock research workshop with Andrew Millar and Antony Dodd, on the 16th and 17th of May.
Here's the final programme!
